Our office is dedicated to providing the highest level of legal services possible to all of Las Vegas and the surrounding areas of Henderson, Boulder City, Laughlin and Pahrump, Nevada. We have an open door policy. Walk-ins are always welcome. You can come to see us whenever you feel you need to ask some questions about bankruptcy, and it’s always a free consultation. Now, unlike many offices, we don’t offer just a quick first-time free consultation. You can come back to see us as many times as you need to for free. We realize that filing bankruptcy is a big decision, not something you rush into and you need time to reflect on it before you make your decision. We want you to be comfortable with your decision if you decide to file bankruptcy.

At this point in our practice we have several experienced attorneys on staff at both offices to help you. All of our attorneys have extensive training in bankruptcy law. They all frequently attend bankruptcy seminars. All of our attorneys are well known throughout the bankruptcy community.

I understand that you’re in financial trouble. My promise to you is to keep my fees as reasonable as possible. I would never quote you an outrageous fee that both you and I know you cannot afford to pay. I try to keep my fees very reasonable, and I do accept payment plans.

For a small down-payment, you can retain my office and refer the creditors who are harassing you at home and at work to me. I understand that hard times can affect everyone. Medical problems, unemployment, and divorce are situations that are often beyond your control which can leave you heavily in debt.

You folks who have been living in Las Vegas for some time, have probably see me, Frank Sorrentino, on TV for many years. I am a 34 year resident of Las Vegas. The Las Vegas creditors know me, and my office knows them, and we know how to deal with those creditors who are harassing you. It’s very important you pick an attorney’s who is familiar with filing bankruptcy. We have filed the most bankruptcy cases in the State of Nevada. The Bankruptcy Courts know us, the Judges know us, the Trustees know us, and the creditors know us also. This is very important.

Don’t bother me again; call my attorney.” Then it’s our job, folks, to get these people off your back so you’re not harassed at work with embarrassing phone calls.

If you come to see us on a bankruptcy consultation, you will be meeting with an attorney. Other offices have you meeting with a paralegal for your first appointment. We don’t believe in that. We believe that filing bankruptcy is an important decision that should only be made after you have met with an attorney.
